For buyers
How do I contact a seller? Click "Message seller" on any listing. All conversations stay on-platform for safety.
How do I make an offer? On the listing page, scroll to "Discussion & offers", check "Mark as offer", and enter your amount.
How do I pay? Payment is arranged directly between you and the seller (bank, PayPal, crypto, etc.). We strongly recommend using escrow for transactions over $500.
What if a seller scams me? Report the listing immediately, contact us at support, and gather all message history.
For sellers
How do I list? Go to Sell. Listings are reviewed within 24 hours before going live (faster for verified sellers).
What can I sell? Domains, websites, SaaS, code, templates, ebooks, audio, video, photos, mobile apps, plugins, accounts, NFTs, AI prompts, APIs, communities. See Seller Guide for full rules.
Can I bump my listing? Yes — once every 24 hours from your dashboard.
Are there fees? No commission. Free to list. Premium upgrades are optional.
Account & security
How do I delete my account? Email us at the address on the contact page.
I forgot my password. We use Google sign-in only — no passwords. Just sign in with the same Google account.
Why was my listing rejected? Common reasons: off-platform contact in description, missing details, suspected scam, copyright issue, wrong category. Edit and resubmit.
