1. Eligibility
You must be 18+ years old or have legal guardian consent. By signing up you confirm you meet this requirement.
2. Account & identity
Sign-in is via Google OAuth. You're responsible for activity under your account. One account per person.
3. Listings & conduct
You agree NOT to:
- Sell illegal goods, stolen products, or content that violates intellectual property.
- Sell adult/explicit content, weapons, drugs, or anything regulated/banned in your jurisdiction.
- Post off-platform contact info (phone, email, WhatsApp, Telegram, etc.) in listings or public comments.
- Manipulate reviews, create fake accounts, or scam other users.
- Post duplicate, misleading, or low-quality listings.
We may remove any listing or suspend any account at our discretion.
4. Transactions
Next Digital Market is a marketplace platform. We are not party to any transaction. Payments are arranged directly between buyer and seller. We strongly recommend escrow for transactions over $500.
5. Fees
Listing is free. Optional Premium upgrades are paid features (see Fees). All fees are non-refundable.
6. Content rights
You retain ownership of content you post. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and promote that content on the site.
7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Next Digital Market is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, lost profits, or losses arising from transactions between users.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the operator's jurisdiction.
